One of my favorite things about going on vacation is getting to eat out at the local restaurants.  I’m not talking chain food franchises here, but the truly unique and individualized restaurants.  The ones that have that something “special ” about them.  Whether it be the location, the lively atmosphere, or the amazing local cuisine, the kind of place that gives you a dining experience with something to remember and not just a meal.

One of the most often asked questions we get asked is….  “Where is the best place to eat?  And to be honest, that is probably the hardest question to answer because there are so many great choices here on the Emerald Coast.  You’ll find everything from extremely casual to exquisite fine dining; waterfront seating to dinner boat cruises; some of the best burgers you’ve ever tasted to the freshest seafood you’ll ever eat.  The choices are endless.

We'd like to share with you some of our staff’s favorite places to eat.  While you are here visiting the Emerald Coast, make sure and try one of our top picks, or try them all.  You won’t be disappointed.  Afterall, if you can’t trust a local, who can you trust?
