This villa is located at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort on Okaloosa Island. Villa 505 offers breathtaking views of Choctawhatchee Bay, Okaloosa Island, Destin, and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Rise early for a breathtaking sunrise or watch the fireworks over the Destin Harbor on special occasions. Located on the gulf side of the resort this unit is only steps away from the sugar white beaches.

The large private balcony is a great place to enjoy a peaceful breakfast in the morning or a romantic dinner in the evening. Stay entertained with the 37-inch flat screen HDTV, digital cable with HBO, DVD player, 19-inch TV in the bed area, and free high speed WI-FI. The full kitchen has everything you need including a refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner stove, convection microwave, a drip coffee brewer, filtered water, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. The Villa can sleep 4 with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious bathroom offers a large garden tub for relaxing soaks and a stand alone glass door shower.

Villa 505 Guests enjoy Resort beach and bay access, 7 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, lazy river and fitness center.

This unit requires a minimum 3-night stay, and guests must be 25 years or older to book.

Great getaway!

We decided to do something different for Christmas this year, and this place was perfect! Easy to book, easy to find, parking was no issue and was only a few steps from the door on the 5th floor garage. Room is just right for a couple, but maybe could work with one or two smaller kids. Bed was supportive and comfortable, with nice linens. Towels were plentiful, clean and fresh. Condo was clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked with pots pans etc. Beach access was easy and right off the end of the building. Beaches well kept, and beautiful white sand! Local food at the boardwalk was nothing impressive, but close by. All in all this was a 5 of 5!

Perfect for a Couple’s Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for a little weekend getaway just the two of us. For that, it was perfect. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The pools and hot tubs were also nice and convenient. It was clean and well furnished.

We all loved it!

I really enjoyed our time here! The view was fantastic and we got to see the fireworks from our balcony in Destin and there were also fireworks at AJs behind us but that meant leaving the room but not far. Top of the garage was perfect. It was bijou but fit my 3 person family just fine. The beach was easy to get to and so was the lazy river on the other side. My son and I enjoyed the lazy river for hours. My family enjoyed it so much we might even consider a purchase in the complex!
