Description

This one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo includes a private high-floor balcony, with an incredible view overlooking the Lazy River, pools, and Choctawhatchee Bay. The suite is freshly painted and newly redecorated with a modern flair, providing a beautiful backdrop for the perfect Gulf Coast vacation.

Our vacation rental sleeps six and includes an ensuite Master Bedroom and Bath with a comfortable king-size bed, plenty of storage and a Smart TV, a bunk room with an adjoining bathroom, and a spacious Living/Dining area complete with a queen size sleeper/sofa, Smart TV and cozy fire console, along with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area and in-suite washer/dryer.

This condo offers beautiful water views, Complimentary WiFi and Fitness Center, access to all Resort amenities as well as our Sky Bridge that offers safe access to the Gulf Beaches, boardwalk restaurants, Fishing Pier and Gulfarium.

Absolutely beautiful property! Really enjoyed the Lazy River. Loved sitting at the boardwalk looking out over the bay. It was so very peaceful. The condo was beautifully decorated and updated. The kitchen was well equipped, just needed some sort of scrubber to clean off stuck on food.. All in all, we would love to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful grounds and view. One thing I didn't mention was, it would be nice to have grab bars for the shower for those like us in our senior years. We have been at Destin West before and hope to come back another year.
The staff in the office were knowledgeable and helpful.

We loved all the amenities the resort had to offer. The kids loved the beach, splash pad, lazy river, and the pools. The zero entry pool was a hit with our kids because they could walk around independently. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the resort is very spread out. Not ideal for carting young kids around. We had to take 3 different elevators to get to the beach in addition to crossing the bridge over the highway. Otherwise our stay was awesome!

The Morgan family really enjoyed your property. The décor was really nice; and your place was clean. The view was outstanding. We called at the last minute and the owner's was nice enough to give us a discount. I know it's better to have someone in your place than not; but the gestor did not go in-noticed. We will definitely come back.

I would suggest in having some dishwashing liquid.

My husband and I escaped here for an adult only trip and we were immediately impressed with the resort as a whole and the unit. From the lazy river pool area, beach side pools which included access to the adjacent Ramada pools- plural, and the complimentary beach service with our unit we wanted for nothing! The unit was very clean and fully stocked. If I had to find something to critique it would be the mattress. But full disclaimer we are used to expensive memory foam and feather toppers :). We will DEFINITELY stay here again very soon!!

My husband and I wanted to get away for a long weekend and landed at Destin West! I couldn't have asked for a better place!
Positives: Lovely condo, GORGEOUS pool area, good location!
Negatives: Cleaning fee, Damage Fee (was very confusing), Reservation Fee (um, what???), Taxes - almost $300 in fees for a 3 night stay. The fee's almost had me looking for other options but I was under a time crunch.
Also, note - nothing extra provided (no condiments, coffee, dishsoap, etc.) not even what others may have left behind. You start from scratch!
