Description

Walk through your private veranda directly to the pool and beach! Private access injects ultimate convenience to your Destin dream vacation. The two bedroom, two bathroom vacation rental offers plenty of space to accommodate up to eight guests.

Panoramic views of the beach and lagoon pool throughout the condo provide ample natural light. The veranda is furnished with a dining table, lounge chairs, and a chaise lounge.

The vacation rental is made up of a master en suite, guestroom, bunk room, open concept living room, fully furnished kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. There are entertainment centers in each room, and a media library with board games, books, and magazines.

Smart TV’s with Roku are available in the living room and master bedroom. The living room includes additional Bluetooth speakers for your convenience.

We love staying down in Destin West! The location of everything is fantastic and having the beach and pools so close is a plus. It was a little chilly this year, but the pool and hot tub were heated and the sun was still shining bright. We will definitely be back!

The good: Great location! I loved the water access to both the bay and the surf via the bridge and being able to fish both areas without leaving the complex. The condo was clean and well laid out with great access to the pool and hot tub. The patio area was large and very relaxing.

The bad: The owners skimped on the simplest and most inexpensive stuff. For 4 days and 4 guests we had 2 dishwasher pods, no laundry soap, 2 kitchen bags and absolutely no kitchen sundries. Pots/pans, dishes, and utensils were plentiful, but there was no salt/pepper, coffee filters, nothing extra so keep that in mind. The table and chairs are a nice addition to the patio, except the table is trying to come apart and the chairs are the most uncomfortable I have sat on during 57 years above ground.

Will I go again! Yes, just not to that unit. A few cheap creature comforts could make a world of difference.

Very comfortable, convenient and well decorated condo. Plenty of room for a family of 5 (kids: 10, 9 and 2) with room to spare for my in-laws to visit with their own room for a few nights. Convenient location on the first floor with easy access to the pool and hot tub right outside of the large back patio. Books, games and beach supplies available for the kids. More than enough supplies to cook family meals in the kitchen. Great spot for families who enjoy splitting time on the beach and by the pool/hot tub.

Love staying at this resort. Only thing is you never really get to sleep pass six. The people above us ran back and forth. Along with pulling furniture across the floor at six every morning. Other then that best resort to stay at on the beach.

There were gnats in our condos kitchen area from the time we arrived until the time we left. Patio door in living area was VERY HARD to open. There was very little washcloths requiring very frequent washings. I would stay again but would hope to see improvements.

May 2023. This is our second time staying in this condo, 5th time at the resort. We love the condo, only minor issue is the sliding glass door is hard to get open. But we managed. We definitely will be back. Already looking for dates for this year again and next year. Such a nice place. Management was awesome.

We had a great stay at this condo. Had a things that could be fixed/updated.
There was a very large amount of mold in the master bath that needs to be taken care of. The sofa sleeper needs a new mattress. But the biggest thing of all was those sliding doors!!! Come on these have been a complaint for a while. They are almost impossible to open. Over all the space and location were great. Will definitely be returning in the future. Please fix the doors though!!

The room was beautiful! Had pretty much everything you need in a home away from home. The glass sliding door to the pool was exhausting to deal with. The little kids and some adults couldn’t open it. I’m not sure why this hasn’t been fixed. Our friends stayed in this unit last summer the door was a pain then also. The sheets on the beds were frustrating you had to fix them constantly probably could use a deeper fitted sheet. We (multiple families in different condos) shared a bottle of mildew remover to clean the shower of the mold/mildew. Also had to wash all the quilts on the beds because that definitely isn’t done with each turnover. I wouldn’t let this keep me from returning, I’ve stayed here for the last five summers and a couple of other trips in between. I recommend it to all friends and family. It’s in such a great location you can drive places or walk. I have teenagers and younger children so the bigger kids have freedom to walk to boardwalk and eat, fish or just walk the fishing pier. Some annoyances but it would keep me from returning.

It was very nice and roomy. We loved the location of our room. We had 3 issues to call maintenance for; the back gate wouldn't lock the lock was falling off, the sliding door lock fell off and the air conditioner quit working. All 3 times maintenance was right there to fix it. The staff at front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This was our first family vacation to the Destin area. I always get overwhelmed choosing a place to stay, especially the first time to an area, so I was really happy when this choice turned out to be good for everyone from fisherman hubby to 5 yo granddaughter, and all the coffee drinking, nature lovers in between. Hot tub right outside our door was a real plus for off season travel. Large pool in gulf side was not heated, but we enjoyed walking over the bridge with the kids to the heated pool on the bay side. The rays in the ocean were magnificent and the sunsets were breathtaking. Being steps away from the beach and a stroll down the beach to wharf, food, coffee, shops was perfect. The unit was clean, cute, and very well equipped, felt spacious and comfortable for 4 adults, 2 kids & baby. Note that there are no beach towels available for off season and note to management/cleaners that the outdoor bin has some kind of animal debris in it and should be cleaned.
