This vacation rental includes as master en suite, two guest rooms, living room with queen-size sleeper, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The master en suite is decorated with a king-size bed, entertainment center, Jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in shower. Two guest rooms; one with a queen-size bed and one with a twin-size/ full-size bunk bed with trundle perfect for kids!

The condo offers free WiFi and convenient access to the amenities. Guests at Osprey 304 enjoy both Gulf and Bayside swimming pools, hot tubs, Lazy River and beach and bay access at the Resort. This condo is within walking distance to several restaurants, beach bar, shopping, activities, fishing pier, watersports and more!

This was our second time using this rental and it was a great experience both times.
I wll have to complain this time because I didn't get dish soap nor dishwater soap and barely any papertowels which made me go to the store, immediately

Overall we were fairly happy with our stay experience. The condo was clean. Our only complaint was the sliding glass door was missing a handle on both sides. If you went outside to the balcony, it was very hard to get back in (impossible for kids). I went to the office and made them aware. They were supposed to send maintenance up. They never showed. We didn't let it ruin our stay though.

Great rate and great room however, if you're going to charge me $155.00 for a cleaning fee, I would expect the dishes to be clean. Silverware had green food residues and cooking dishes still had food caked on.

Great resort with pools and close location to beach and several restaurants and activites.
This unit is beautifully decorated with new,up to date furnishings that made for a great stay. One of the best we have stayed in at the resort--would definitely book again.

This was our 4th return to Destin West and 2nd to the same condo. Once again, it was a great experience. The staff at Destin West are great! The condo was clean, well appointed and all we could ask for. We've already booked our stay for next year.

The exterior amenities were top notch. The pool maintenance team had the water sparkling. Chairs, music and night lighting were all great. Interior cleanliness of hotel room were way below expectations. We had to clean floors and restrooms, shower curtain was moldy. Exterior door to patio could not be opened without great effort

This was the perfect unit for our family of 6 with 4 teen/young adult children, it had everything we needed including a giant couch, important for hanging out together. The patio was shaded until mid-late afternoon & we all enjoyed being outside there. After reading some other reviews before I booked, I'm happy to report the ceiling fans were quiet and we didn't have any issues with cooling the bedrooms. The resort is well maintained and I found the unit to be clean and well maintained as well - the only exception to this would be the scatter rugs in the kitchen & living area, but it's a rental and I'm sure everyone's wearing shoes.... I hope to come back, we loved it!

Osprey 304 is accurately described. Clean and maintained. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Friendly and available Destin West services. We enjoyed the beach and waves; boardwalk; Destin restaurants.

The condo was decorated beautifully, had an amazing view, and was clean. The only negative thing I can say about this condo is that the bedrooms are not well ventilated and stay warm. We had to leave the bedroom doors open to sleep. This will not prevent me from staying here again though. I hope to be able to rent this condo again.
