This vacation rental includes as master en suite, two guest rooms, bunk room, living room with queen-size sleeper, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Each room features entertainment centers and personal storage. The master en suite is decorated with a king-size bed, dual vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in shower. The master also offers plenty of natural light, great views, and private balcony access.

The condo offers sweeping views throughout, has convenient access to the Bayside amenities including the Lazy River, and free WiFi. Guests enjoy beach and bay access, Lazy River and several swimming pools and hot tubs on both Bay side and Gulf side.

A couple things that we would like to see changed. We needed more kitchen towels. The cushions on the chairs were worn and needed updating. The refrig. kept leaking water from underneath. The dishwasher needed fixing and the maintenance people did replace that within the first couple of days.

We liked many things about our stay. We really liked the Destin area. The beaches were terrific! The condo size and large rooms and closets were great! We liked the property, especically the pools and the large deck.

Condo is beautiful and very well equipped. We stayed Thanksgiving week and were amazed as we cooked a huge meal and needed nothing. It does need blinds to be fixed in master as there is no privacy to the deck

The location is in between the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay. Both are beautiful and the grounds are lit up at night and you can walk to both the Gulf and the Bay. Plus the hot tubs and all of the friendly retired people makes this vacation the best. The off season rates for 30+ days make it affordable. Beats the heck out of a Michigan winter. The office on property is friendly and they take care of maintenance or any other problem immediately. I am booked for my 3rd year here.
