Tropical beach condo overlooks the Lazy River! This Bayfront one bedroom, two bathroom condo is decorated with a coastal, modern feel setting a perfect backdrop to your island vacation.

This vacation rental includes a master en suite, bunk room, living room with queen size sleeper sofa, breakfast bar, full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer and private balcony. Each room has its own entertainment center and personal storage. The master en suite is decorated with a comfortable king-size bed, entertainment center, and private bath.

The condo offers free WiFi and convenient access to the amenities. Beach and bay access, Lazy River and all Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs on the Resort.

This was my forth stay at Destin West. My family and I enjoy your property very much; it is very kid friendly and always spotless! The service is friendly throughout the facility.

Front desk staff is awesome! Also, the grounds staff that greets guests at the lazy river was very friendly and helpful, despite having to deal with hundreds of guests daily.

Our family trip to Destin was great. I love the pool and the lazy river; however, our unit did seem a bit run down. The balcony door didn't close all the way or lock; the water in the refrigerator made an awful noise and only trickled out; and the toilet in the main bathroom didn't flush properly. Was also disappointed as the pictures of the unit showed a wagon, but none was in the condo. Other family members stayed in another unit and their unit had much more amenities.

The weather, lazy river, pools, pier, attendants, management were excellent during the entire stay. The rental property we booked needs some attention. The furnishings, balcony door, master bedroom door, blinds, wall paint, etc. needs some TLC. The drapes & ceramic tile needs to be cleaned better before arrival of tenants.

Been renting at DW SINCE 2002 on gulf side.
Thought we would try bay side. Had sandpiper PH 3 booked and got it taken away ☹️ we love the sun DW moved us to sandpiper 403. No sun at all on balcony in Feb. plus the condo pictures aren’t up to date. Table on balcony was unusable. Kitchen wasn’t equipped for people staying a month or more ���� furniture not so comfortable and old.
And let me tell you the carpet in bedrooms was disgusting. I wouldn’t even put my bare feet on it �� I went and bought throw rugs to put next to bed.
Wish I had called back and tried to re book on gulf side.

This condo was everything we had hoped for. It was clean, decorated beachy and had an amazing view. The lazy river and pools are perfect for kids and families. We will definitely be back!!
