Vacation rental includes private balcony with spiral staircase leading up to a private rooftop patio that has gorgeous views of the Lazy River and Choctawhatchee Bay. The master bedroom features a full size bed, TV and private master bath. Bunkroom has a set of twins and is located near the guest bathroom.

Family room also has a queen size sleeper sofa, along with a Murphy bed TV/DVD. A spacious, fully furnished kitchen complete with side-by-side refrigerator, equipped with ice, ultra-quiet dishwasher, oven with smooth top range and a built in microwave. Washer and dryer in unit and free wi-fi.

Condo guests enjoy resort access to the beach and bay as well as swimming pools and spas on both sides and Lazy River.

The unit was plenty big for our family of 5. The bunk area offered more privacy than most places we’ve stayed with that options. The balcony had amazing views of the bay and the gulf. A great place to enjoy coffee and watch the sunrise.

Very nice condo! Everything was neat and clean. Dishwasher didn't work at 1st and they sent someone to fix it right away. Enjoyed the roof access, especially in the evening. Nice views from the balcony, too. We had plenty of room with 2 adults, 2 teenagers.

We were arriving late and the clerk called us and gave us the information needed to get in our room. The room was very clean and quiet, great for our Anniversary weekend! The staff was prompt to take care of our stopped up tub the next morning as soon as we notified them. My only complaint is the property had a no boats or trailers on the lot and there were 4 taking up over 10 parking spaces when we arrived and both nights after so we had to drive around the lot for 10 minutes looking for a parking spot and taking our luggage across the property to get to our room because of the boats and trailers . The no trailers no boat rule isn't apparently enforced.

Great experience. We arrived late and got our information to get into the room texted to us which was fantastic after a long drive. Staff was great and attentive. The manager was great, hands on and extremely attentive to issues.

The condo was clean and had a nice layout. The kitchen was useful. Guests may need to bring dish washing liquid and extra paper towels and drying towels. The bed was comfortable but the light coming in the window at night was very bright - the blinds don't do much to darken the room. The location is good. Rt 98 can be quite busy so having a walkway over the road to the beach is helpful and safer. Nice view from the balcony and a good view of the bay from the penthouse balcony. Lots of parking available.

Absolutely LOVED the updated penthouse. My kids loved the soft, comfy Murphy bed and I loved the living room/dining layout. Everything felt so fresh and clean. I would love some room darkening curtains in the master so I could sleep past 7am but I just put a T-shirt over my eyes. The grill was a very nice surprise as I didn’t know that would be there. We will absolutely book this condo again! Even the young man that checked us in was so nice and friendly.

The room was nice however the floors were dirty especially in the restrooms. The shower curtain rod kept falling. The dishwasher wasn't hooked up so when I went to run it water went everywhere. No one wanted to sleep on the top bunk bed because there's no air ventilation up there. I'd stay again maybe if the weather was warm and we could have enjoyed the pools. Unfortunately if we return in November we will choose an indoor pool facility to accommodate the children. The front desk associates gave poor energy I guess. Maybe just weren't as friendly as I'm use to when we travel. I was extremely appreciative we had a place to stay for the price though. Hopefully it doesn't take much longer for my deposit to be returned with Christmas right around the corner.

The overall experience was good! Our couch for some reason was not able to be pulled out into a bed which made it a little bit of an inconvenience for sleeping, but it was good other than that.

Lazy river was a hit with the kids. And the ocean was a very short walk across the read. Our specific unit had a Murphy bed which was a nice surprise and extra sleeping area. My only complaint is that the second hot tub was cold so the one that was working was crammed packed with adults and kids.

This was our second time staying here two years in a row! We absolutely love it. The views are wonderful, the rooms are nice and clean, and the walk to the beach has is pretty easy. There is also a lot of restaurants within walking distance!!

We went in September for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. Our condo was clean and well stocked. The walk to the beach was nice, using the walkway over the highway was very convenient. We loved the lazy river and used it every day.

This was a last minute booking for us during a very busy time of the year, so we were a little nervous since the unit was still available. However, this unit did not disappoint! The upper balcony was such an added bonus as we love watching the sunrise while we are on vacation.
