Villa Penthouse 5 is located on the highest floor, overlooking the Okaloosa Island and the Gulf of Mexico. This luxurious corner unit is East facing on the Gulf side at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort.

This recently updated elegant and contemporary vacation rental includes a king size bed, living room, breakfast bar, full kitchen, and bunk room. Each room includes entertainment centers and personal storage.

The private double decker balcony offers exquisite panoramic views and is furnished with a four-person Jacuzzi hot tub and lounge. Villa Penthouse 5 has the best views of sunrise and sunset as well as fireworks weekly during the season and holidays.

The unit includes free WiFi and a rooftop lounge with private hot tub.

We found this unit to be beautifully furnished and found the full size kitchen a plus. What a way to wake up seeing the morning's sunrise and to see both the gulf and the bay from the master bedroom, living room, and balcony was wonderful. The location is convenient to everything in the area and the beach is just steps away as are several pools and parking.

We have stayed in this condo several times. We love it. The view is awesome. You can watch the the sunrise and sunsets from the rooftop. We cook at home a lot and a few casserole dishes would be a nice added touch. Both toilets leak,they need replaced. A handicapped toilet in one bathroom would be a good idea for the elderly. Otherwise Destin West great location.

The Pent House Villa that we stayed in was absolutely amazing. The two story balcony with the hot tub on the roof was the best part! Something you probably won't find elsewhere. The rooms are beautiful and have great views. However, as far as the resort itself goes, there is a huge lack of amenities. The pools are beautiful but there are no poolside bars or food. No on site food or drinks anywhere within the resort. Because of this, we actually ended up spending almost all of our time at the pool at the resort right next door. They had poolside music (sometimes live), activities going on for the kids, a poolside restaurant with a bunch of outdoor tables to eat at, and 2 poolside bars. One of them is a swim up bar in the pool. So if you're staying at Destin west and you're looking for a nice pool with food and drinks, the hotel next door is great!

This has by far been our favorite unit at destin west! The views were spectacular, the unit was clean and tidy, pretty much stocked with anything you would need, and the hot tub on the roof was just amazing! This will definitely be our go to every year now!

We had a great experience with Destin West. This was our second stay here and this penthouse villa was amazing. Beautiful balcony and rooftop hot tub. The condo was clean and the bathroom was amazing with a jacuzzi tub and huge walk in shower. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable penthouse condo.

We enjoyed our stay at Destin West as we stay there every year. This is the first time in this unit. The Villa PH5 unit was very clean and updated as well as very convenient. Loved the views from the rooftop. We spent every evening up there. If there was one negative it would be the street noise. Being on the end by the 4 lane was the only drawback.

We had an amazing time at Destin West Resort. The facilities were clean and up to date. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! Very easy to work with and our flight got cancelled and they easily accommodated us for another night.

We love this location. Painting the property this year and had power washing going on around our vehicle and we ended up with paint chips all over . Paint dropped down on our car carrier rooftop that we had to store on the patio because we were told before arriving entrance was 8.2. . Actually it’s only 7ft in the parking garage. Sliding doors need work. Gaps to the outside. Lots of highway traffic noise in bedroom as well. Bed comfortable and nice living room furniture.

This is a lovely corner penthouse condo! Very nice furnishings and finishes. We loved it, loved the views from the rooftop hot tub at night and overall really enjoyed our stay. This is one of the more updated condos we have stayed in at Destin West.

This condo was beautiful! Between all the decor & all the new appliances. Had a great time staying here. This is our second trip staying with Destin West. Cody helped me so much on this trip. He gave me all the directions for check in & out. Was super nice! Looking forward to our next trip.
