This two bedroom, two bathroom condo includes a private balcony overlooking the lazy river and Choctawhatchee Bay.

This vacation rental includes a master en suite, guest room, private alcove with bunk beds , living room with queen-size sleeper sofa , full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Each room includes an entertainment center and personal storage.

The master en suite is decorated with a king-size bed, entertainment center, double vanity, waterfront views, and private balcony access.

The condo offers free WiFi and convenient access to the amenities.

We had a great spring break At this place My family loved the condo really nice and quiet. I dont think we could have picked a better one . The owner takes really good care of the condo . Great view .:) Will be back and I hope this condo will be available to rent .

The location and view of this condo was very nice! We could easily see the bay, the lazy river and the pool. The parking garage was a plus too! The condo itself had a strange smell, which we concluded could be the result of it being closed up for too long. We would've appreciated it to be a bit more clean upon arrival. Also, the wifi instructions were outdated, and the ISP, Cox, was unable to accurately determine which service was available. I was able to figure it out, but the general consumer most likely would've struggled.
We had a really great time and all of the mentioned items were small compared to the enjoyable time!

Wonderful!! The room was perfect for us! The only thing I would have changed would have been a better washer and dryer, as we were there for a softball tournament, but we made it work!

Overall our stay was awesome! The staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Check in and out was fast, and the location was great! I do have a few complaints about our room though. The fridge leaked water onto the floor every day, maintenance came to fix it but it still leaked. Our coffee maker also leaked water all over the counter top, the room was clean but needed dusting on top of things like lamps and such, you could see the dust buildup, and our room slept 8 and we had 7 towels, and we’re having to use towels daily to cleanup water on the floor. I went to office to request more towels and was told I could only have 1 towel because that’s how many our room slept ��‍♀️. So we washed towels daily. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!! The property outside was clean and well maintained!

The unit I stayed in was nice. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, and a nice assortment of cooking utensils. The condo was clean when I got there. the only thing I was disappointed with was the fitness center had only one treadmill working and there were three there.
I was there for two months, and they were never fixed.

We stayed for a softball tournament and couldn't be more pleased with our stay in Pelican 407. The unit was immaculate and served our family of 4 perfectly. Beach chairs being included on the Gulf side with our stay was a great touch and all we had to take across the access bridge was our cooler and beach towels. Having access to the pools/hot tubs on both properties was a nice bonus with teammates staying on both properties. We will definitely be back and plan to stay at Pelican 407 on our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at Destin West! Wonderful location and the lazy river is awesome and keeps the kids happy for hours. Can’t wait to come back to stay here again. The only issue I would say we had is that they put out so many property owned chairs and umbrellas on the beach that you don’t have a view of the water on the beach if you do not rent their chairs and get on the front row. Other then that we loved it here!

We stayed here for a week during a volleyball tournament that is hosted every fall. The beach is a 5-10 min walk but we also loved spending time in the pool/lazy river. The only issue we had was going to get groceries as we needed an uber to go get groceries for the week, but we still managed. Loved the place and will definitely stay there again!
