The Destin West Vacation’s Villa makes any beach vacation complete.

The newly updated Villa with Tropical décor includes gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. This vacation rental is located on the Gulf side and tiled throughout and painted and updated in 2023.

This Villa includes a kitchenette, breakfast bar, two entertainment centers, a sleeper sofa and folding bed ottoman, and a private balcony. The bathroom includes a luxurious garden tub, an extra hair dryer, and a large walk-in shower. Enjoy the private balcony for breathtaking sunrise or watch the fireworks over the Destin Harbor on special occasions.

V309-stayed here for spring break end of March, weather was not ideal- extreme wind and one full day of storms temps low 60s but a few days in the 70s but windy. That being said, the villa was very nice and clean- we fit a family of 5 in here, bed was comfortable, kids slept on pull out couch and the sleeper ottoman. The ottoman was a little hard but I had read the reviews before going and brought a foam piece to put down and that helped. Kitchen was stocked with kitchenware. Washer/dryer combo was nice and I used it multiple times! Balcony was super nice, great place to sit for coffee, lunch and a place to hang out when it was raining. The location was excellent: next to the parking garage so easy loading and unloading, right next to the cross walk bridge to go to the lazy river- which we did not get to enjoy bc of the weather. And near the beach! We did have a nice day of sun and used the chairs and umbrella at the beach which was super nice!! And close enough to the room we could jump back for a quick lunch. The small pool by the villa was heated and nice but very busy and the big pool on our side was freezing but not busy so it was still nice to hang out by. Office staff was super nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this place and would visit again!
Only downside is it is near the very busy road- it was a loud location and could hear traffic in and out of the villa.

We stayed at Villa 309 , it is perfect for a get away for two♥️it was decorated beautifully and very clean, it had all new appliances , so we kept our laundry washed so I do not have to do when we get back home, which is always a big plus for me !! It was perfect to be at your parking deck and the bridge to cross over to lazy river but yet so close to pools below and access to hot tub and beach ! November beach time did not disappoint , the water was gorgeous and the sun was perfect! Not too crowded and very close to the best restaurants and shopping ! We had such a nice anniversary get away and I highly recommend Villa 309 ♥️♥️

We stayed in v309. It was updated and gorgeous. We were able to bring a guest with us, but we're limited to the 5 wrist band which was worked out. #V309 came with a beach umbrella and 2 chair every day for 9am-6pm which was perfect. The water was warm. We also enjoyed the large pool by the beach and the lazy river. Lots of places to eat. Was one our top favorite vacations.

We loved Villa 309! Very clean, tastefully decorated and conveniently located on the same floor as the land bridge for lazy river access. The main bed was very comfortable, almost didn't want to get up! Sofa also very comfy. Table and chairs were large and easy to wipe down after meals.

Easy to locate and ample parking. Late check-in is quick & simple. Space in villa is good. So nice to have the kitchen to prepare meals. Bathroom is great! A soak in the tub after long day of play is relaxing! We sat on the balcony and ate...nice. The main bed is comfy. The couch bed is Ok but has some odd spots. The ottoman bed was not comfortable(maybe a child could sleep on it?) The washer/dryer combo did not dry and maintenance did not come to fix it so we had to go into town for laundry. Since we had to wash our beach towels/suits, we were expecting to do it in villa. Always enjoy the lazy river and hot tubs over the bridge.
