Gulf #515

Last year I booked units 106 and 107. I booked a year in advance to get two units next to each and poolside. We had a total of 14 in our family, four were my grandkids. Obviously super important for me to stay together. Evidently unit 107 left this mgmt company for another one. However I was NEVER informed. Instead they took my final payment and then reassigned me to 515. At that point I had no options to remedy the situation. So my husband and I plus one son stayed in 515 while the rest stayed in 106. All I received was an apology and a measly 10% discount. I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST renting ANY units from this company. In fact I had to talk to a consultant because they have so many issues the rental manager can’t handle them all.

While we understand how disappointing this was, there are occasions when circumstances beyond our control require unit reassignments, including when a property owner chooses to leave our rental program. Unfortunately, in these situations, we may need to relocate guests to another available accommodation. We did our best to place your party in a unit that could accommodate your reservation, but we recognize that it did not meet your expectations of having neighboring, poolside units. We would also like to note that this review should not reflect negatively on Unit 515. The reassignment was not due to any issue with the unit itself, and we worked diligently to provide accommodations that would best meet your needs under the circumstances. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we understand that the change had a significant impact on your family's vacation experience. We also understand your dissatisfaction with the resolution offered. You spoke with one of our consultants after previously discussing the matter with our manager, as you were unhappy with the outcome. We regret that we were unable to provide a solution that better met your expectations. We truly value your business and are sorry that this experience affected your vacation. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to explain the circumstances surrounding your reservation.

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view, spectacular pool, and the lazy river is a nice bonus. Only complaint is some of the outlets didn't work right. This place was amazing!!

The condo was beautiful and great furniture. The rugs all need thrown away since they were worn and had lots of hair on them from the previous guests which the housekeeper should have cleaned. And the first bathroom shower needs updating other than those few things we had a spectacular time!
