Welcome to Osprey 402! This recently renovated 4th floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo provides access to 1,800 square feet of space, meticulously designed to enhance your experience with breathtaking direct views of Choctawhatchee Bay on Okaloosa Island. One advantage of having Destin West Vacations as an Onsite Property Management Company is the convenience of storing your luggage if you arrive early and your condo isn't ready before the 4 PM check-in time. While you wait, you can enjoy the lazy river, pools, and beach, and leave your luggage at the front desk.

This remodeled condo has been updated throughout and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. It features an open-concept layout with a spacious living room equipped with a wall mounted 4K 65" Smart TV and a dining area that offers ample seating. The fully stocked and equipped kitchen includes all essentials for cooking and dining. Additionally, there's a portable work station, a full-size washer/dryer, and an expansive balcony overlooking the bay, which also provides outdoor seating for up to 10 people.

Wake up to breathtaking sunrises right from the comfort of your bed or sip your coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins play in the bay. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a 50” Smart TV. It boasts an adjoining spa-style bathroom with a jetted spa tub, a separate walk-in shower, a spacious walk-in closet, and double vanities. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed along with a full pullout trundle bed. In the third bedroom, you'll find a comfortable queen bed along with a convenient pack-n-play for young children. Each guest bedroom is outfitted with cable TV for entertainment. Additionally, there's a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, featuring a memory foam mattress for added comfort and flexibility in sleeping arrangements.

Experience the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico with 4 miles of sugar white sand and emerald green waters, easily accessible via our Sky Bridge over Hwy 98 and private beach access. Our resort offers a state-of-the-art fitness facility and an award-winning 700-foot lazy river, along with multiple pools on both the Bayside and Gulfside, including a private pool for Osprey guests. Relax in one of our three hot tub spa pools or enjoy a dip in one of the other 7 pools. We also provide grill and picnic areas on both sides of the resort.

For fishing enthusiasts, take advantage of our marina and dock access without needing a fishing license with your Destin West wristband. Additionally, guests can take a swim with marine life in the bay. Guests can also enjoy complimentary beach chairs, a variety of beach toys, and a wagon for convenience. Access to the Fitness Center is also included, ensuring a full and enjoyable resort experience for all guests.

Conveniently located within walking distance from the condo, you'll find mini-golf, shopping centers, a fishing pier, restaurants, and even the Gulfarium. If you're looking to explore more of the area, the renowned Crab Island is less than a mile away. Additionally, Destin's picturesque harbor, offering charter boat fishing, dolphin cruises, and sunset sails, is just minutes away.

For golf enthusiasts, there are numerous golf courses nearby. The area also boasts award-winning shopping venues, a wide array of dining options, and various movie theaters for entertainment. Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful time at Patrick and Pam’s condo. Condo was more beautiful in person than what the pictures show. The walk to the beach over the bridge was very doable for our family of 5. Beautiful beach with white sand and clear water. Lazy river, pools, and hot tubs were perfect to use at night, our kids had a blast. Great view of the Bay from the balcony, we did not see any dolphins from that location but seen them at the beach several times. Patrick was very responsive to any questions that we had during our stay. Thanks again.

Amazing Condo

This beautiful condo is in a great location with so many amenities! It was immaculate inside & the beds were very comfortable! Owners thought of everything that you would need to make your trip enjoyable & relaxing! The lazy river, easy access to beach along with 2 wagons full of chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, kids sand toys, fully stocked kitchen, master bedroom with a gorgeous bayside view & huge bathroom, and a spacious patio. It’s so close to shopping, restaurants, Crab island, Destin Harbor Walk, boat rentals, and so much more. Will definitely be back soon!

Lovely Vacation Home

I very much enjoyed my time in Osprey 402. The decorations were spot on for a Destin Condo and the place was very well cleaned and comfortable. The beds were amazing and some of the best sleep I have every had in a vacation rental. The Destin West facility provided everything I needed from quick access to lovely pools and just as quick and safe access to the white sandy beaches. Minutes from plenty of shopping and places to eat we did not go hungry. My favorite part was the giant lanai and overlooking the beautiful water with my morning coffee or an afternoon book.

Amazing Accommodations

The week at Destin West - Osprey 402 was simply awesome! The place was plenty roomy for the 8 of us to enjoy each other's company and have privacy at the same time. Dinner around the large kitchen table each night was festive, and we could play games there or outside on the beautiful deck. Speaking of the deck, it was probably where a good portion of our time was spent, both in the day and the evening. A short walk would put us on the beach during daytime hours, back for dinner and then a night swim, hot tub and cruise around the lazy river. The beds were very comfortable, so we were all well rested to attack each day anew. There was lots of love, laughter and memories made during our week at Osprey 402, highly recommended for your next getaway!

Loved the balcony!

Osprey-402 was very spacious for our family of 6! Balcony was a great size and had a beautiful, peaceful view. Loved being able to watch our 10th at old fish at the docks while we sat on the balcony. We will definitely come back again!

Relaxing Stay, Great Condo

Loved this condo and Destin West. The view of the bay from the balcony is beautiful! Loved sitting on the balcony for every meal and looking out over the bay, watching for dolphins and birds. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well equipped, condo is nicely decorated ,beds are comfortable. Even the sleeper sofa was comfortable. Loved having both the ocean and the bay to enjoy without ever getting into a car. The lazy river and pool are so nice and look beautiful at night. Relaxing stay.

Best Vacation- Feb

We stayed at the Destin West Beach and Bay Resort - Osprey 402 for the month of February. It was so much more than we expected. Fantastic location, great amenities, comfortable beds and amazing views. The rooms were very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the heated pools and hot tubs. Great Location

Enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. The amenities on location were amazing. We loved the lazy river and quick access to the beach. We had a wonderful stay! Breathtaking view. The condo was very clean and beautifully!. Had anything you needed. Was a fun place to stay with a friend and would also be a great place to bring your family. Everything is so close. Bars, restaurants, beach and activities were all just a short walk away! The pools/hot tubs/lazy River were so relaxing and people all were so friendly! I totally recommend booking your vacation here!

Family Fun

Perfect size for our family gave us all enough space ...loved the porch because was never straight sun could relax and sit. Had everything we needed and the wagon was a big help but definitely like this side overlooking the bay.
