This two bedroom, two bathroom condo includes a private balcony overlooking the lazy river and Choctawhatchee Bay.

This vacation rental includes a master en suite, guest room, private alcove with bunk beds , living room with queen-size sleeper sofa , full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Each room includes an entertainment center and personal storage.

The master en suite is decorated with a king-size bed, entertainment center, double vanity, waterfront views, and private balcony access.

The condo offers free WiFi and convenient access to the amenities. Destin West Pelican 407.

Unit 407

First time here and won’t be the last. The room was fairly nice but lacked a few things. Had no pot holders and no sheet pans which would have been nice. Although we knew there was a Keurig in the room, a coffee pot would have been better as we don’t use a keurig at home. Just a suggestion. We will probably try to get a ground floor unit next time so we have gas grill to use. Otherwise, you have to use the few community charcoal grills available in the grassy area. If you like a firm bed, this unit has it. All the staff were very nice.
