Emerald Coast Volleyball Fall Classic!
Coming up this October from Wednesday the 12th to Sunday the 16th is the Emerald Coast Volleyball Fall Classic.
This legendary event is taking place at The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Fl with multiple tournaments and divisions. For the tournaments, there is Fall Fudpucker 4 Player where teams can have four players with up to two substitute players, and there is the doubles tournament with teams of two players and no substitutes.
In the Fudpucker 4 Player division, there are Men, Women, and Coed- Open, A, BB, B, and Coed which must have two men and two women. In the Doubles tournament, there are Men, Women, and Coed divisions - Open, A, BB, and B.
There are three tournament formats: Bring Your Own Partner which is one day, doubles event utilizing USAV rules, and short courts. Secondly, the Coed Fudpucker 4 player which is a one-day, four-player event utilizing USAV rules and short courts. The last format is M/W Fudpucker 4 Player which is a two-day event with Pool Play on Saturday and Playoffs on Sunday. Old School Rules.
The prizes for the Fudpucker 4 player include Merchandise Prizes and Finalist Apparel for the Top Two placing teams. For the Doubles tournament there are Merchandise Prizes.
M/W Fudpucker 4 Player is $90 per player, and all other tournaments are $40 per player online.
Be sure to go to Fudpuckers of Destin from 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm for the Players Reception on Friday, Oct 15th. End the weekend with a Players’ Party at Als’ Beach Club from 7 pm until close on Saturday, Oct 16th.
